About
Since its beginning, The Master’s Mission has been dedicated to glorifying God, recognizing that this work is not about us—it’s all about Him. Our mission is rooted in obedience to the Great Commission, striving to make disciples and support what God is already doing in communities around the world. We seek to come alongside local churches that faithfully proclaim the true gospel, submitting to their leadership and vision as we partner together for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Our goal has always been to reflect Christ’s love and truth while equipping and encouraging His people for His glory.

About the Founder
The Master’s Mission was founded by Darrell Rooks. The ministry’s name, inspired by advice from Darrell’s grandfather to “keep your eyes on the Master,” reflects its dedication to Jesus, the true leader of the work. Today, The Master’s Mission operates in Ukraine, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, and Appalachia, bringing hope and the good news of Christ.
Our Mission
Our mission is to glorify God by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, serving those in need with compassion, and empowering local churches and ministries around the world. We strive to support indigenous leaders as they bring hope to their communities, provide resources for spiritual and physical needs, and extend Christ’s love to the next generation

Core Values
1. Proclaiming the Gospel
We are committed to reaching people for Christ, sharing the good news through evangelism, discipleship, and church planting in unchurched areas, ensuring that all have the opportunity to know and follow Jesus. (Matthew 28:18-20)
2. Serving with Compassion
We provide spiritual and humanitarian support by caring for the physical and spiritual needs of individuals, including orphanages, hospitals, the homeless, and those in need of medicines, homes, and hope. (Galatians 6:10)
3. Supporting Indigenous Ministries
We partner with local churches and ministries around the world, submitting to their leadership and vision to meet the needs of their communities. Our role is to support, encourage, and equip them to carry out the mission God has given them. (Romans 12:4-5, Romans 15:25-27)
What We Believe
Our ministry is committed to working together with believers from various denominations, united in our shared faith in Jesus Christ and our commitment to His mission. While we embrace a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect across denominational lines, we hold to our theological foundation rooted in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and the ancient creeds of the Christian faith, such as the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed. These guide our understanding of Scripture, salvation, and the church. As we serve together, we focus on the essential truths of the gospel, striving to glorify God and advance His Kingdom while honoring the diversity within the true body of Christ.
